Shipping policy

Processing Times:
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. 
During sales, restocks or high-volume periods, processing may take an additional 1-3 business days.
Orders are not processed on weekends, public holidays or business closed periods.

Shipping & Delivery T&Cs:
Australia - Express Shipping is free for all orders over $150 or $10 for all orders below. 
New Zealand - Standard Shipping is free for all orders over $150 or $16 for all orders below. 
Australia Shipping - 1-3 business days
New Zealand Shipping - 4-7 business days

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to customs delays, carrier issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Order Tracking:
Once your order has been dispatched, a tracking number will be sent to the email or phone number provided at checkout. Tracking updates may take 24-28 hours to appear.

Customs, Duties & Taxes:
International customers are responsible for any import duties, customs fees or taxes that may apply in their country. SHO-MI is not responsible for fees or delays caused by customs.

Incorrect Address:
Please assure your address is correct at checkout. If an incorrect address is provided and the order has not yet been shipped, contact us immediately via email.
If the order has already been dispatched, we are not responsible for lost packages or delays.

Lost, Damaged or Delayed Parcels:
While we do everything we can to ensure safe delivery:
SHO-MI is not liable for parcels lost or damaged in transit.
Once handed to the courier, the parcel becomes the responsibility of the shipping carrier.
If your order is delayed or missing, please lodge a claim directly with the carrier. We will assist where possible.
