Refund policy

Returns & Refunds:
Due to the nature of products and for hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Please choose carefully before placing your order.

Faulty or Incorrect Items:
If you believe you have received a faulty or incorrect product:
Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Provide your order number and clear photos of the issue. 
In the case of an item being returned shipping is at the customers expense.
We will assess the claim and if approved offer a replacement or store credit.
Lost Parcels:
We are not responsible for parcels lost by the courier either during transit or on delivery. Refunds will not be offered for parcels marked as delivered or lost in transit.
